Discharged. Management personnel outside of the bargaining unit shall not perform work in the bargaining unit except for emergencies, training purposes and for experimentations. Emergencies are limited to unplanned situations where there are no bargaining unit personnel trained and available to do the work or where replacement coverage for absent employees is not available.
