DISABILITY INSURANCE PROGRAM. The District will provide, at its cost, without employee contribution, a disability insurance program for full-time unit members. The disability insurance coverage will pay up to sixty (60%) of the regular monthly gross employee pay. The elimination period as per the policy shall be ninety (90) calendar days. The maximum benefit shall not exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars and shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the applicable insurance policy.
