DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors and Major Shareholders of Salcon and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Supplemental Agreement.
DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the directors, major shareholders and persons connected with a director or a major shareholder of KAG has any interest, direct or indirect on the Agreement.
DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the BKCB and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in this DA.
DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or person connected to them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Agreement.
DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS. Dato’ Xxx Xxxxx Yew is a Director of TASB and a Director and Major Shareholder of KYM. Dato’ Xxx Xxxxx Yew is the husband of Datin Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxx Xxx, a Director and major shareholder of TASB. Datin Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxx Xxx is also a Major Shareholder of KYM. Xx Xxx Xxx Xxxxx and Xx Xxxxxxx Xxx Xx Xxx, the children of Dato’ Xxx Xxxxx Yew and Datin Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxx Xxx, are the shareholders of KYM. Dato’ Xxx Xxxxx Yew being an Interested Director, has abstained and will continue to abstain from all Board deliberations and voting pertaining to the Lease.
