Direct Offsets. Offset is dollar for dollar for actual payments received from Social Security or Workers' Compensation. Lump sum Workers' Compensation payments will be annuitized as is currently done. Offsets also made for lifetime annuitized total defined contribution account balances regardless of whether or not they are annuitized or paid out.
