Direct Care, Trades and Support Services Employees. (a) A standard full time roster is made up of a maximum of 19 working days in a 4 week (28 day) cycle. Agreement may be reached between the Employer and an Employee to work more than 19 days in a 4 week cycle however this must only be at the initiation of the Employee.
