Dining Room. Subject to the terms and conditions in the Operating Agreement, Tenant shall have the right to use the dining room four (4) days per week from 8 AM to 3 PM for fifty (50) weeks for a total of 1,400 hours, plus an additional 6 (six) hours per event on 4 (four) different Saturdays to be selected by ▇▇▇▇▇ House for a total of 24 (twenty-four) additional hours. The combined total hours of leased dining room use are 1424 hours.
