Common use of Dining Room Clause in Contracts

Dining Room. The Employer shall provide a suitable place in which the employee may change his/her clothing and eat his/her meals. In any case in which the Employer objects that it is impracticable or unreasonable to make such provision, or in which the suitability of the place is called in question, the matter shall be determined by reference to the Dispute Settlement procedure of this Agreement.
