Bus Tours. The parties agree that the gratuity for Bus Tours in the Dining Room shall be at 15 % and distributed to the Dining Room staff.
Bus Tours will be assigned to the most junior team/s. If the most junior team is working in the Terrace/Patio, then the second most junior team will serve the bus tour. It is possible that the team/s will serve the bus tour only and be sent home, or they may be kept on to serve more customers if required. The Dining Room Manager will make this decision. Saturday bus tours – the most junior team/s will serve the bus tour. This will affect rotation as follows: a) The team assigned by rotation to the bus tour station will be switched with the most junior team. b) The next Saturday, the two teams will take their place in rotation where they would have been assigned if there were no bus tour the previous week. c) Terrace – Monday to Friday evening, will be assigned to the most junior team/s. If the most junior team is working in the Terrace, then the second most junior team will serve the bus tour. In case of only two teams scheduled, the above procedure will be followed.

Bus Tours. A total of up to three one day project bus or van tours may be held with project stakeholders, elected officials, and/or local communities to discuss specific issues/concerns that may affect the respective stakeholder/community and to obtain input on current and future planning efforts along the corridor. For each tour the ENGINEER shall assist the STATE by preparing for, establishing and conducting the tour. The ENGINEER shall rent one bus per tour along with the driver and insurance. Appropriate informational materials approved by the STATE and sign-in sheets shall be prepared by the ENGINEER. The participant input from each tour shall be summarized by the ENGINEER in a meeting summary.
