Differentiated Pay. Critical Instructional Staff Shortage Areas: Critical instructional staff shortage area for Flagler County School District will be determined by state statute 1012.07 with additional areas being added by the district if necessary. The determination and approval will occur by June for the upcoming school year. New instructional staff recruited into these teaching positions will receive a one-time bonus of $1,000 to be paid upon successful completion of the probationary period.
