Differentiated Pay. Differentiated pay shall be provided for both instructional personnel administrators based on district determined factors, including, but not limited to, additional responsibilities, school demographics, critical shortage areas and level of job performance difficulties, and which shall be in accord with Section 1012.22, Florida Statutes.

Differentiated Pay. The negotiated differentiated pay amounts will be listed annually in the District’s Salary Schedule. Differentiated pay positions shall be posted electronically at the worksite for a minimum of three (3) days. Interested staff shall apply electronically to the principal/designee. Selection shall be at the discretion of the principal. Differentiated pay positions shall be offered to interested and qualified teachers, then to qualified school staff prior to seeking outside applicants. The principal shall have discretion to determine which differentiated pay positions shall be filled or not filled at the worksite. A list of those persons selected by the principal for differentiated pay positions shall be posted in the faculty lounge within ten (10) days prior to School Board approval.

Differentiated Pay. 21.4.1 A teacher receiving an overall unsatisfactory evaluation or a teacher receiving two consecutive overall needs improvement evaluations shall not receive any salary increase for the succeeding school year. Such teachers shall not be eligible for salary increases until such time as they receive an overall satisfactory evaluation.

Critical Instructional Staff Shortage Areas: Critical instructional staff shortage area for Flagler County School District will be determined by state statute 1012.07 with additional areas being added by the district if necessary. The determination and approval will occur by June for the upcoming school year. New instructional staff recruited into these teaching positions will receive a one-time bonus of $1,000 to be paid upon successful completion of the probationary period.

  • Permitted Deductions The Security Agent shall be entitled (a) to set aside by way of reserve amounts required to meet and (b) to make and pay, any deductions and withholdings (on account of Tax or otherwise) which it is or may be required by any applicable law to make from any distribution or payment made by it under this Agreement, and to pay all Tax which may be assessed against it in respect of any of the Charged Property, or as a consequence of performing its duties, or by virtue of its capacity as Security Agent under any of the Finance Documents or otherwise (except in connection with its remuneration for performing its duties under this Agreement).

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Differential Pay Section 1(A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.

  • Differential Differential is a salary allowance in addition to the basic rate or schedule based upon additional skills, responsibilities, hours of employment, or distasteful or hazardous work.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.

  • Estimated Payments During each calendar year or partial calendar year after the Base Year, in addition to Monthly Rent, Tenant shall pay to Landlord on the first day of each month an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the product of Tenant's Share multiplied by the "Estimated Operating Expenses" (defined below) for such calendar year. "Estimated Operating Expenses" for any calendar year means Landlord's reasonable estimate of Operating Expenses for such calendar year, less the Operating Expenses for the Base Year and shall be subject to revision according to the further provisions of this Section 5.2 and Section 5.3. During any partial calendar year, Estimated Operating Expenses shall be estimated on a full-year basis. During each December in which this Section 5.2 is applicable, or as soon after each December as practicable, Landlord shall give Tenant written notice of the Estimated Operating Expenses for the ensuing calendar year. On or before the first day of each month during the ensuing calendar year (or each month of the Term if the Term will expire before the end of the calendar year), Tenant shall pay to Landlord one-twelfth (1/12) of the product of Tenant's Share multiplied by the Estimated Operating Expenses for such calendar year; however, if such written notice is not given in December, Tenant shall continue to make monthly payments on the basis of the prior year's Estimated Operating Expenses until the month after such written notice is given, at which time Tenant shall commence making monthly payments based upon the revised Estimated Operating Expenses. In the month Tenant is first required to make a payment based upon the revised Estimated Operating Expenses, Tenant shall pay to Landlord for each month which has elapsed since December the difference between the amount payable based upon the revised Estimated Operating Expenses and the amount payable based upon the prior year's Estimated Operating Expenses. If at any time or times it reasonably appears to Landlord that the actual Operating Expenses for any calendar year will vary from the Estimated Operating Expenses for such calendar year, Landlord may, by written notice to Tenant, revise the Estimated Operating Expenses for such calendar year, and subsequent payments by Tenant in such calendar year shall be based upon such revised Estimated Operating Expenses.

  • Prohibited Payments The following types of payments are prohibited through the Service, and we have the right but not the obligation to monitor for, block, cancel and/or reverse such payments:

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Refused Payments We reserve the right to refuse to pay any Receiver. We will attempt to notify the Sender promptly if we decide to refuse to pay a Receiver designated by the Sender. This notification is not required if you attempt to make a prohibited payment under this Agreement.
