Toshiba Memory’s use of any of FPL’s, FAL’s and FFL’s manufacturing equipment located in the K1 Facility in the manufacture of BiCS Products will be governed by the FPL Lease Agreement, the FAL Lease Agreement and the FFL Lease Agreement, respectively. Toshiba Memory shall be responsible for obtaining the raw materials and services to be used in the manufacture of JV K1 Products.
