Development Reports. On each January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 after the Effective Date and continuing until COD, the Seller shall deliver to the Buyer a report in the form attached to this EPA as Appendix F describing the progress of development of the Seller’s Plant (each, a “Development Report”).
