Development Records. Each party agrees to maintain reasonable records of the activities it performs under the Development Plan, and cause such records to be maintained in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all material work done and results achieved, including information sufficient to establish dates of conception and reduction to practice of inventions.
