Other Engagements. Nothing in this agreement shall preclude the Consultant from entering into agreements similar to this Agreement with other parties. In addition, the Company acknowledges and agrees that the Consultant may, concurrent with engagements undertaken for the Company and in the future, undertake consulting or service engagements with other persons or entities whose business or products may be similar to or competitive with the business or products of the Company.
Other Engagements. The Executive shall not engage in any other business, profession or occupation which would conflict with the performance of his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, either directly or indirectly, including accepting appointments to the boards of other companies without the prior written consent of the Board.
Other Engagements. 14.1. Nothing in this Contract prevents PwC from providing services to other clients provided that we take reasonable steps to ensure that each client’s confidential information is not disclosed to other clients.
Other Engagements. Nothing in this Placement Agent Agreement shall be construed to limit the ability of Placement Agent or its respective affiliates to pursue, investigate, analyze, invest in, or engage in investment banking, financial advisory, or any other business relationship with entities other than the Issuer, notwithstanding that such entities may be engaged in a business which is similar to or competitive with the business of the Issuer, and notwithstanding that such entities may have actual or potential operations, products, services, plans, ideas, customers or supplies similar or identical to the Issuer’s, or may have been identified by the Issuer as potential merger or acquisition targets or potential candidates for some other business combination, cooperation or relationship. The Issuer acknowledges and agrees that it does not claim any proprietary interest in the identity of any other entity in its industry or otherwise, and that the identity of any such entity is not confidential information under Exhibit C of this Placement Agent Agreement.
Other Engagements. Nothing in this engagement letter shall be construed to limit the ability of Digital Offering or its respective affiliates to pursue, investigate, analyze, invest in, or engage in investment banking, financial advisory, or any other business relationship with entities other than the Company, notwithstanding that such entities may be engaged in a business which is similar to or competitive with the business of the Company, and notwithstanding that such entities may have actual or potential operations, products, services, plans, ideas, customers or supplies similar or identical to the Company’s, or may have been identified by the Company as potential merger or acquisition targets or potential candidates for some other business combination, cooperation or relationship. The Company acknowledges and agrees that it does not claim any proprietary interest in the identity of any other entity in its industry or otherwise, and that the identity of any such entity is not confidential information under Appendix II of this engagement letter.
Other Engagements. Any of the Designated Agents, their officers, directors or employees may become the owner of, or acquire any interest in, Notes with the same rights that it or he would have if the Designated Agent concerned were not appointed under this Supplemental Indenture, and may engage or be interested in any financial or other transaction with the Company or the Trustee, and may act on, or as depositary, trustee or agent for, any committee or body of holders of Notes or other obligations of the Company as freely as if the Designated Agent were not appointed under this Supplemental Indenture. ARTICLE SIX
Other Engagements. This Agreement does not preclude Contractor from marketing or selling the same or similar services to other entities. Likewise, this Agreement does not preclude the District from contracting with another provider to perform the same or similar services provided by the Contractor under this Agreement.
Other Engagements. The Company acknowledges that Advisor is and will be acting as an Advisor to other business enterprises seeking investor relations and/or other services normally provided by Advisor and agrees that Advisor’s provision of services to such enterprises shall not constitute a breach hereof or of any duty owed to the Company by virtue of this Agreement.
Other Engagements. The parties each agree that nothing in this Agreement, except for the exclusivity provisions of this Section 4, restrict any party from engaging in development or commercialization projects with Third Parties.
Other Engagements. The Company may (i) engage other persons and entities to act as consultants to the Company and perform services for the Company, including services that are similar to the Services described in Section 2, and (ii) enter into agreements similar to this Agreement with other persons or entities, in all cases without the necessity of obtaining approval from Consultant.
