Development Meetings. ZaZa and Quantum shall meet, at least once per calendar quarter, to discuss the latest developments and future plans relating to the Subject Assets and the EOG AMI, including detailed technical results and analysis, development plans and authorities for expenditure and any other matter reasonably pertinent to the Subject Assets and the EOG AMI.

Development Meetings. (a) Until the last of the Notices of Acceptance for the Properties is given by CEO (Housing) in accordance with clause 8.2(a)(i), the Proponent must, and must ensure that the Proponent’s employees and any subcontractors, if requested by CEO (Housing):
Development Meetings. Seller conducts a weekly meeting on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time at the Property (each, a “Weekly Meeting”) to review the status of the Development and any applicable changes to the Development Plans. Purchaser, Purchaser’s or its Affiliates’ employees, and Purchaser’s representative from Pond, Xxxxxxxx & Associates LP (or any replacement of Pond, Xxxxxxxx & Associates LP designated by Purchaser upon written notice to Seller during the term of this Agreement, “Purchaser Architect”) may attend such Weekly Meetings (either in person or telephonically). Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause its Purchaser Architect to attend at least one Weekly Meeting per month (whether in person or telephonically). If any changes to the Development Plans or Development Contracts are proposed at a regular Weekly Meeting, then so long as the RFI, submittal or change order with respect to such changes is provided as described in Section 4.9(b) above, Purchaser shall have forty-eight (48) hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays) after receipt of the RFI, submittal or change order to approve or disapprove such change in writing pursuant to Section 4.9(b) above.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Meetings Meetings of the Trustees shall be held from time to time upon the call of the Chairman, if any, or the President or any two Trustees. Any committee of the Trustees, including an executive committee, if any, may act with or without a meeting. A quorum for all meetings of any such committee shall be one-third, but not less than two, of the members thereof. Unless provided otherwise in this Declaration, any action of any such committee may be taken at a meeting by vote of a majority of the members present (a quorum being present) or without a meeting by written consent of all of the members. With respect to actions of the Trustees and any committee of the Trustees, Trustees who are Interested Persons in any action to be taken may be counted for quorum purposes under this Section and shall be entitled to vote to the extent not prohibited by the 1940 Act. All or any one or more Trustees may participate in a meeting of the Trustees or any committee thereof by means of a conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other; participation in a meeting pursuant to any such communications system shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Labor Management Meetings Section 1. To promote communication and problem resolution between the City and the membership of the union, the Human Resources Director, and other representatives determined appropriate by the City may meet quarterly with the Executive Officers of the Union and other representatives that would be useful to discuss or resolve current issues.

The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Member Meetings (a) There shall be no meetings of the Members unless called by the Board or as otherwise specifically required by the Delaware Act. No Members or group of Members, acting in its or their capacity as Members, shall have the right to call a meeting of the Members.
