Common use of Developer Not Agent of City Clause in Contracts

Developer Not Agent of City. Neither Developer nor Developer’s agents, contractors, or subcontractors are or shall be considered to be agents of the City in connection with the performance of Developer’s obligations under this Agreement.

Further, there are no intended third party beneficiaries of any right or obligation assumed by the Parties.
