Developer Fee. DEVELOPER PARTNER will be compensated for locating and developing a project only at such time as the CDH loan is paid in full. The maximum developer fee per property is $16,000. The final developer fee paid to DEVELOPER PARTNER will be based on CDH receiving full payment of the loan to acquire the property. In the event the sale proceeds between the DEVELOPER PARTNER and the “Eligible Buyer” are insufficient to cover all expenses, including the developer fee, the amount of the developer fee will be reduced or eliminated. This fee will be paid at the close of the escrow between DEVELOPER PARTNER and the “Eligible Buyer” and after the CDH loan has been paid in full.
