Determination of Course Offerings. At the departmental level, the schedule is managed and set by the Chair. The Chair may modify the schedule in consultation with the faculty. The final decision to offer a specific course and/or section shall be made by the Xxxx. If there is a concern or question about the decision, upon request, the Xxxx will give the tenure-track faculty a rationale for the decision.
