DESTINATION OF SHIPMENTS. All shipments Goods ordered hereunder shall be forwarded to Xxxxx’s plant, unless otherwise specified in the Order. Seller shall, at Seller’s expense, deliver all Goods to Buyer at Buyer’s place of business, and Seller shall bear the risk of any loss, deterioration, or damage until the Goods are delivered and accepted as provided herein. If Seller prepays the transportation charges, such charges must be supported by a copy of the xxxxxxx’x xxxx or other evidence satisfactory to Buyer. Failure to submit such proof at the time Buyer is billed for the Goods or within thirty (30) days after such evidence is requested by Buyer shall constitute a waiver by the Seller of such charges.

DESTINATION OF SHIPMENTS. All shipments of materials, articles and/or goods (individually, a “Good”, and collectively, “Goods”) ordered hereunder shall be forwarded to Enidine’s plant, Orchard Park, New York, unless otherwise specified in the Order. Seller shall, at Seller’s expense, deliver all Goods to Enidine at Enidine’s place of business, and Seller shall bear the risk of any loss, deterioration, or damage until the Goods are delivered and accepted as provided herein.

  • Rotation of Shifts Employees required to work rotating shifts (day, evening and night duty) shall be scheduled in such a way as to, as equitably as possible, assign the rotation equally. This does not preclude an Employee from being continuously assigned to an evening or night shift at the Employee’s request where such continuing assignment is acceptable to the Employer.

  • Initiation of TIPS Sales When a public entity initiates a purchase with Vendor, if the Member inquires verbally or in writing whether Vendor holds a TIPS Contract, it is the duty of the Vendor to verify whether the Member is seeking a TIPS purchase. Once verified, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract Number on all purchase communications and sales documents exchanged with the TIPS Member.

  • Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.

  • Operation of Equipment The Host shall not be required to operate machinery including but not limited to lawn mowers, weed-whackers and chain-saws.
