Designation of Condominium Unit Number. Prior to commencement of the Project, Redeveloper shall have filed with the office of the Hall County, Nebraska, Register Deeds a master condominium deed and delivered to the Authority documentary evidence that the Redeveloper has complied with all statutory requirements of the Nebraska Condominium Act. In addition Redeveloper shall deliver a written certification of the unit numbers subject to the division of taxes as described in section 3.01 hereof.
