The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Notification of Change The Union shall be notified in advance when possible of any extended change in the present working schedule; however, the provisions of this Contract shall not be considered as a guarantee by the Company of a minimum number of hours per day or per week or pay in lieu thereof, nor a limitation on the maximum hours per day or per week which may be required to meet operating conditions.
Notification of Changes Subscriber agrees and covenants to notify the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any event prior to the consummation of this Offering that would cause any representation, warranty, covenant or other statement contained in this Agreement to be false or incorrect or of any change in any statement made herein occurring prior to the consummation of this Offering.
Termination of Charter SCSB may terminate this Charter for those reasons provided in state law, USBE rule, or for material breach of this Agreement31 subject to the right of appeal as provided in U.C.A. §53G-5-503. Application of Chapter This chapter shall not apply to any employees in a representation unit created pursuant to Chapter 2.79 to the extent to which this chapter is inconsistent with the terms of an agreement or a memorandum of understanding covering such employees.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO AGENTS Following receipt of notice of resignation from an Agent and immediately after appointing a successor or new Agent or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Agent, the Principal Paying Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the fact to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
Designation of Holidays 1. Designation of Beneficiary The depositor may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive benefits from the custodial account in the event of the depositor’s death. In the event the depositor has not designated a beneficiary, or if all beneficiaries shall predecease the depositor, the following persons shall take in the order named:
Grantee’s Notification of Change of Contact Person or Key Personnel The Grantee shall notify in writing their contract manager assigned within ten days of any change to the Grantee's Contact Person or Key Personnel.
Formation of Company The Company was formed on February 23, 2017 pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware Act. The filing of the Certificate of Formation of the Company with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
