Designation of an Authorized Contractor for. a specific category of tasks shall not be deemed to be the designation of such person or entity as an Authorized Contractor for other purposes, nor shall approval of an Authorized Contractor by a single AT&T-21STATE construction district constitute approval of such Authorized Contractor for the area served by a different AT&T-21STATE construction district; provided, however, that if a specific construction job extends beyond the boundaries of a single construction district, an Authorized Contractor shall, for the purposes of that job, be deemed to have been approved by all AT&T- 21STATE construction districts in which the work is to be performed.
