Written Designation The Owner shall designate, in writing, a representative authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project. Request for Waiver A. Prior to submission of a request for a partial or total waiver, Bidder/Contractor shall speak to the Designated Contacts of the OGS Office of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises for guidance.
Certification and Licensure If the Appointing Authority decides to implement a new licensure and/or certification requirement, the Appointing Authority shall, upon request of the Union, meet and confer on the subject of reimbursement of necessary expenses involved in obtaining the licensure or certification for current employees in the job classification.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND COMMITTEES 7.01 (a) It is mutually agreed that where negotiations are conducted on a joint basis between any or all of the Nursing Homes in the Extendicare chain in the Province of Ontario, the Union will elect or otherwise select a negotiating committee consisting of one (1) representative from each Nursing Home.
