Common use of Design-Builder Deviations Clause in Contracts

No deviation by Design-Builder from the Contract Documents relating to any portion of the services, materials, labor, or equipment required for the Work shall be construed to set a precedent with respect to subsequent interpretation of the Contract Documents or performance of the Work unless such a deviation is memorialized in a Modification to the Contract.
