Description of the Project. The objectives of the Project are to assist the Borrower in achieving a sustainable increase in access to quality preventive, curative, and rehabilitative health services by increasing access to, and quality delivery of, essential health services. The Project consists of the following parts, subject to such modifications thereof as the Borrower and the Association may agree upon from time to time to achieve such objectives:

The Project consists of the following parts, subject to such modifications thereof as the Borrower and the Association Bank may agree upon from time to time to achieve such objectives:
