Description of Receipt Point Facilities. The Receipt Point Facilities shall be located at , will connect to the 4-inch output flange from the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, and shall consist of all components NW Natural determines are required to receive Biomethane from the Plant in quantities up to Dth/day, as described on the attached Exhibit A. NW Natural, or its designee, shall plan, design, engineer, construct, install, inspect, and test the Receipt Point Facilities in accordance with applicable state and federal specifications, and otherwise in accordance with standard natural gas industry practice and in compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of any duly constituted authority having jurisdiction. The Receipt Point Facilities shall be determined in NW Natural’s sole judgement based on the location of the Plant relative to the expected minimum system gas flow, system design, and daily volume to be injected into the LDC System. Site security shall follow NW Natural standards and policies. NW Natural shall own, operate, and maintain the Receipt Point Facilities.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Developer’s Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.
