Common use of DESCRIPTION OF EXTENSION Clause in Contracts

DESCRIPTION OF EXTENSION. Water. The proposed Extension will consist of approximately linear feet of water pipe and appurtenances, and shall be designed and installed in accordance with this Agreement, the Developer Extension condition letter attached as Exhibit B, and the District approved Standards and Specifications. The proposed water system extension shall be installed in streets and other approved rights-of-way and/or easements and shall be for the use and benefit of the property herein described.

Water Extension The proposed Extension water extension will consist of approximately 1,212± linear feet of 8-inch water pipe mains and appurtenances, and shall be designed and installed in accordance with this Agreement, the Developer Extension condition letter attached as Exhibit B, and the District approved Standards and Specifications. The proposed other applicable water system extension shall be installed in streets facilities and other approved rightsappurtenances located within the Developer’s Property and within the existing public right-of-way and/or easements and shall be for as shown on the use and benefit of the property preliminary plat or site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein describedby this reference.

In addition to the above extension within the Developer’s Property, the Developer Extension condition letter attached as Exhibit B, and the District approved Standards and Specifications. The proposed following described water system extension shall be installed in streets facilities located outside the Developer’s Property are subject to this agreement: 920± linear feet of 12-inch water mains and other approved rightsapplicable water system facilities and appurtenances located within the Xxxxxxxx Ave NE right-of-way and/or easements and shall be for the use and benefit of the property herein describedway.
