Street Extension. The proposed street extension will consist of approximately 1,100± linear feet of street and alleys, including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located within the Developer’s Property as shown on Exhibit A.

Street Extension. Activities in this task include efforts associated with the development of final design plans for the extension of municipal utility and roadway infrastructure along 000xx Xxxxxx xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx to Beech Avenue in the Landmark Industrial Park (approx. 700 feet east of Sundowner Avenue). Additional efforts will include the development of assessment and annexation documents, land owner coordination efforts, environmental and permitting services, and support for bid advertisement & award.  Construction Administration for this project will also be included with this Task.
