Street Extension. The proposed street extension will consist of approximately 1,100± linear feet of street and alleys, including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located within the Developer’s Property as shown on Exhibit A.
Street Extension. Approximately 400+/- linear feet of frontage improvements along XX Xxxxxx Road, installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt and/or concrete surfacing, street trees, and pavement marking and striping within the existing public right-of-way.
Street Extension. The proposed street extension will consist of approximately 5,331± linear feet of street and alleys, including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located within the Developer’s Property as shown on the preliminary plat or site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. In addition to the above extension within the Developer’s Property, the following described street extension located outside the Developer’s Property are subject to this agreement: 960± linear feet of half-street frontage improvements along NE 0xx Xxxxxx including installation of new side-walks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing.
Street Extension. Approximately 820+/- linear feet of public street including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete surfacing, street trees, and pavement marking and striping within the existing public right-of-way.

Street Extension. Approximately 743± linear feet of street and alleys, including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located within the Xxxxxx Road Subdivision, Phase 3, and within the existing public right-of-way.
Street Extension. The proposed street extension will consist of approximately NONE of street frontage improvements including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete surfacing, street trees, street lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located within the Developer’s Property as shown on Exhibit A. In addition to the above extension within the Developer’s Property, the following described street extension located outside the Developer’s Property are subject to this agreement: 396± linear feet of street frontage improvements including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete surfacing, street trees, street lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located in E. 2nd Street and the unnamed public alley west and north of the site.
Street Extension. The proposed street extension will consist of approximately 974± linear feet of street and alleys, including installation of new sidewalks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing located within Developer’s Property as shown on the preliminary plat or site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. In addition to the above extension within Developer’s Property, the following described street extension located outside the Developer’s Property are also subject to this Agreement: 438± linear feet of half-street frontage improvements along SE Cedar Falls Way including installation of new side- walks, curbs, gutters, asphalt concrete xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx lights and pavement marking and striping of all new surfacing.
Street Extension. Activities in this task include efforts associated with the development of final design plans for the extension of municipal utility and roadway infrastructure along 000xx Xxxxxx xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx to Beech Avenue in the Landmark Industrial Park (approx. 700 feet east of Sundowner Avenue). Additional efforts will include the development of assessment and annexation documents, land owner coordination efforts, environmental and permitting services, and support for bid advertisement & award. Construction Administration for this project will also be included with this Task.
