Connection Charges. The City has established charges for connection to the sewer and storm water systems. The amounts of the charges are established by ordinance and are subject to amendment based on adjustments in the cost of providing new facilities, the actual cost of facilities and improvements previously constructed, and changes in the City’s Comprehensive Plan which may alter the nature, extent, and cost of these facilities.
Connection Charges. The Connection Charges set out below may be revised in accordance with the terms of this Bilateral Connection Agreement and/or the Construction Agreement and/or the CUSC and/or the Charging Statements
Connection Charges. These comprise the Connection Charges and (if applicable) the Use of System Charges: Connection Charge The total charge for the Company's Works as specified in the Offer Letter, dated XX XXX 200X, is £X,XXX,XXX (X million, X hundred and X thousand pounds) plus VAT at the appropriate rate. The connection charge must be paid in full before the connection of the Customer’s Installation can be made and energised. The initial Connection Charge may be subject to review in the manner set out in the Offer Letter for the connection made to and accepted by the Customer. Use of System Charges Such charges will be calculated in accordance with the Company’s Statement of Use of System Charges for the time being in force and issued pursuant to Condition 14 of the Electricity Distribution Licence. So far as Use of System Charges are concerned, where another person is paying the charges for the import or export from the site, the Customer shall not be liable for such charges.
Connection Charges. The Connection Charges payable by the User in accordance with the CUSC in respect of the Transmission Connection Assets set out in Appendix A [(including the One-Off Charge)] are set out in Appendix B. These Connection Charges shall be payable by the User from the [CUSC Implementation Date] [or] [Charging Date].
Connection Charges. Subject to the provisions of Clause 6 of this Supplemental Agreement the User shall pay with effect from the Charging Date the Connection Charges set out in Appendix B which are calculated by reference to the NGC Assets specified in Appendix A in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B.
Connection Charges. Service lines will be laid by the city/town from its mains to the property line at the expense of the applicant for service. The location of such lines will be determined by the city/town. Before a new gas service line will be laid by the city/town, the applicant shall make a nonrefundable connection charge of ($ ). When a service line is completed, the city/town shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of such service line from the main to and including the meter and meter box, and such portion of the service line shall belong to the city/town. The remaining portion of the service line beyond the meter box shall belong to and be the responsibility of the customer.
Connection Charges. Clause 4 of Amendment 2 is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule of Public X.28 Connection Charges in its entirety and substituting the following therefor:
Connection Charges. In addition to the contribution of any wastewater collection systems and water distribution systems, where applicable, and further to induce Utility to provide water and wastewater service, Developer hereby agrees to pay to Utility the following service availability charges, as defined in the Rate Resolution (including Service Availability Policy), upon execution of this Agreement in order to reserve capacity in the System:
Connection Charges. 13.1) The Connection Charges will only apply to Orders for the Primary Service that achieve their Operational Effective Date within the Offer Period.
Connection Charges. 9.1) Paragraph (13) of Schedule 1 will not apply to the Ramp-up Period and will be replaced by the terms of this paragraph.
