Common use of Dependents Benefit Clause in Contracts

Dependents Benefit. If during the Operative Time the Insured Person sustains an Accident resulting in Bodily Injury which within two years is the sole and independent cause of Death for which Benefit 1 is paid the Insurer will pay an additional 5% per Child up to a maximum 25% of Benefit 1 subject to a minimum £5,000.
