Common use of Dependent Tuition Clause in Contracts

Dependent Tuition. Employees’ dependents shall be entitled to receive tuition remission/ reimbursement in accordance with the TUHS policy (effective March 2009) with the understanding that Temple has the sole right to change the policy. If Temple changes the policy it shall meet and discuss with the Union in advance if so requested.
