Common use of Dependent Tuition Clause in Contracts

Dependent Tuition. The Company agrees to implement a dependent Children Tuition Program. On application this program will reimburse up to $1350.00 per year to eligible children of each regular active employees on proof of enrollment in an accredited Canadian University or Community College.
