Dependent Services. If your website operations depend upon multiple outside services , EndLayer is only responsible for services included in the SPC or SPM plans for which you are enrolled or otherwise provided by EndLayer. Response to service failures caused by outside dependent services will be treated as case-based support and will be billed at the full hourly rate as described in Appendix A.
