DENTAL SERVICES UTILIZATION REVIEW PROGRAM. The INSURER agrees to maintain a program to determine that the services provided to beneficiaries are in accordance to established quality parameters by the dental community as provided for in the INSURER's Proposal. The INSURER shall notify the ADMINISTRATION quarterly of all findings of said review program. The ADMINISTRATION may review and/or audit the program findings at any time.
