Common use of Demonstration of Compliance Clause in Contracts

Demonstration of Compliance. By January 31, 2009, the Individual Participating Airline shall submit to ARB a written Demonstration of Compliance. The Demonstration of Compliance shall demonstrate that the Individual Participating Airline came into compliance with the MOU during the twelve (12) month cure period.

Demonstration of Compliance. By January 31June 30, 20092011, the Individual Participating Airline shall submit to ARB a written Demonstration of Compliance. The Demonstration of Compliance shall demonstrate that the Individual Participating Airline came into compliance with the MOU during the twelve six (126) month cure period.
