DEMAND FOR. PAYMENT If, at any time, a demand for payment (the amount so demanded being herein referred to as the "Amount Demanded") is made under a Letter of Credit the Issuing Bank relating to such Letter of Credit shall notify the Facility Agent who shall notify each of the Banks and Ahold USA of such demand and the Facility Agent shall make demand of each of the Banks for an amount equal to its share of the amount demanded.
