Demand for Arbitration definition

Demand for Arbitration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(b).
Demand for Arbitration has the meaning given in Section 15.13.

More Definitions of Demand for Arbitration

Demand for Arbitration means the standard Commercial Demand for Arbitration form, or its equivalent, available from the AAA at the time a Dispute is submitted to AAA for arbitration under this Agreement.
