Common use of Delta Care Dental Plan Clause in Contracts

Delta Care Dental Plan. For the period January 1, 2016, through 35 December 31, 2018, the District will pay the full super-composite 36 premium for this plan for eligible employees and dependents based 37 on the premium rate(s) in effect for this plan during this period.

Delta Care Dental Plan. For the period January 1, 20162019, through 35 28 December 31, 20182021, the District will pay the full super-composite 36 29 premium for this plan for eligible employees and dependents based 37 30 on the premium rate(s) in effect for this plan during this period.

Delta Care Dental Plan. For the period January 1, 20162022, through 35 979 December 31, 20182024, the District will pay the full super-composite 36 premium 980 for this plan for eligible employees and dependents based 37 on the premium 981 rate(s) in effect for this plan during this period.
