VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.
Interface Requirements 9.3.1 BellSouth shall offer LIDB in accordance with the requirements of this subsection.
Schedule Requirements The Contractor shall submit an electronic and a paper copy of the initial Work Progress Schedule reflecting accurate and reliable representations of the planned progress of the Work, the Work to date if any, and of the Contractor’s actual plans for its completion. The Contractor shall organize and provide adequate detail so the Work Progress Schedule is capable of measuring and forecasting the effect of delaying events on completed and uncompleted activities.
CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS a. NSF will exercise its responsibility for oversight and monitoring of procurements, contracts or other contractual arrangements for the purchase of materials and supplies, equipment or general support services under the award. The procedures set forth below must be followed to ensure that performance, materials and services are obtained in an effective manner and in compliance with the provisions of applicable Federal statutes and executive orders. The awardee must obtain written approval from the cognizant NSF Grants and Agreements Officer prior to entering into a contract if the amount exceeds $250,000 or other amount specifically identified in the agreement. Contracts clearly identified in the NSF award budget are considered approved at the time of award unless approval is withheld by the Grants and Agreements Officer. Space Requirements The Construction Administrator will conduct a review of the adequacy of space allotments for maintenance of mechanical, telephone, and fire protection equipment.
Subcontract Requirements As required by Section 6.22(e)(5) of the Administrative Code, Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement, which it may make for the performance of Covered Services under this Agreement, a provision that said subcontractor shall pay to all persons performing labor in connection with Covered Services under said subcontract or other arrangement not less than the highest general prevailing rate of wages as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors for such labor or services.
Metering Requirements Seller shall comply with all applicable rules in installing a meter appropriate for deliveries pursuant to the Full Buy/Sell or Excess Sale arrangement selected in paragraph 2.2, above, which can be electronically read daily by:
Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).
