ITEM AVAILABILITY Sample Clauses

It typically outlines whether items are in stock, subject to backorder, or dependent on future supply, and may specify lead times or conditions affecting availability. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when and how items can be obtained, helping to manage expectations and reduce disputes related to product supply.
