Delivery Rate. The Contractor shall be able to deliver the Contracted Object in line with the provided forecast APPENDIX F. The Contractor shall be able to reach the maximum delivery rate 26 weeks after delivery of the first series production Contracted Object. Deliveries should approximately be able to follow a linear rate of increase up to the maximum delivery rate. Rolling non-binding forecast covering 18 month will be provided every six month. The rolling forecast includes a firm 6 month period, a semi flexible 7-12 month period and a flexible 13-18 month period. Any change in delivery rate in accordance with APPENDIX E shall be accepted by Contractor at no change in price, so long as the rate is between 48-432 units for the HRM and between 5 and 30 units for the HFU. The maximum delivery rate of the contractor is 432pcs/month for the HRM and 30 pcs/month for the HFU.
