Common use of DELIVERY AND COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

DELIVERY AND COMPLETION. (a) Unless stated otherwise in this Contract, Goods must be delivered Delivery Duty Paid (Incoterms 2010) to the Delivery Location. The Supplier shall complete the delivery of the Goods and performance of any Services in accordance with the times or milestones specified in this Contract.
