Definitions; General Information and Exhibits. This Addendum includes the Exhibits listed below, all of which Exhibits are attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. Mortgage Loan Borrower, the other Borrowers, and Lenders agree that if any Exhibit to be attached to this Addendum contains blanks, the same shall be completed correctly and in accordance with this Addendum prior to or at the time of the execution and delivery thereof. Exhibit “A” - Legal Description of the Land Exhibit “B” - Definitions Exhibit “C” - Conditions Precedent to the Initial Advance Exhibit “D” - Budget Exhibit “E” - Plans Exhibit “F” - Advances Exhibit “F-1” - Draw Request Exhibit “G” - Survey Requirements Exhibit “H” - Lease Agreement The Exhibits contain other terms, provisions and conditions applicable to the Loan. Capitalized terms used in this Addendum shall have the meanings assigned to them throughout this Addendum and in Exhibit “B”, and any terms used herein without definition shall have the meaning given each such respective term in the Credit Agreement. This Addendum and the other Credit Documents, which must be in form, detail and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Lenders, evidence the agreements of the Mortgage Loan Borrower, the other Borrowers, Administrative Agent and Lenders with respect to the Loan. The Mortgage Loan Borrower and the other Borrowers shall comply with all of the Credit Documents.
