Definitions and Conflict. All capitalized terms referred to in this Addendum shall have the same meaning as provided in the Lease, except as expressly provided to the contrary in this Addendum. In case of any conflict between any term or provision of the Lease and any exhibits attached thereto and this Addendum, this Addendum shall control.
