Personal Option. The foregoing option to extend is personal to the original Tenant signing the Lease (and its Affiliates and Permitted Transferees), but may not be assigned or transferred to or exercised by any other assignee, sublessee or transferee under a Transfer.

Personal Option. The Option is personal to Tenant. If Tenant subleases or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease prior to the exercise of the Option, the Option shall lapse. If Tenant subleases or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Tenant under the Lease after the exercise of the Option but prior to the commencement of the Extension, the Option shall lapse and the Term of the Lease shall expire as if the Option were not exercised.

If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease prior to the exercise of an Option (whether with or without Landlord's consent), such Option and succeding Options shall lapse, except that Tenant may transfer the Options to an affiliate (as defined in Section 10.02) with Landlord's prior written consent, which consent shall not unreasonably withhol. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers interest of Tenant under this Lease after the exercise of an Option but prior to the commencement of the respective Extension (whether with or without Landlord's consent), such Option and any succeding Options shall lapse and the Lease Term shall expire as such Option were not exercised. If Tenant subleases any portion of the Property or assigns or otherwise transfers interest of Tenant under this Lease in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 after the exercise of an Option and after the commencement of the Extension related to such Option, then the term of this Lease shall expire upon the expiration of the Extension during which such sublease or transfer occurred and only the succeding Option shall lapse.

If Lessee subleases or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest under the Lease prior to the exercise of the Extension Option, the Extension Option shall lapse. If Lessee subleases or assigns or otherwise transfers any interest of Lessee under the Lease, after the exercise of the Extension Option but prior to the commencement of the Extension, the Extension Option shall lapse and the Original Term of the Lease shall expire as if the Extension Option were not exercised; provided, however, that if Lessee assigns to an affiliate any interest under the Lease prior to the exercise of the Extension Option or after the exercise of the Extension Option but prior to the commencement of the Extension, said affiliate shall be permitted to exercise the Extension Option or commence the Extension so long as Lessee or said affiliate has possession of at least a portion of the Premises.
Personal Option. Each Extension Option is a personal option in favor of NOM and shall automatically terminate upon any Transfer by NOM.
Personal Option. The Renewal Option set forth in this Section 3.4 is personal to Tenant and may not be assigned, transferred or conveyed to any party, except to an Affiliate or Successor of Tenant defined in Section 14.1 below provided that the foregoing shall not be construed to limit Tenant’s ability to exercise its rights under this Section 3.4 for the benefit of any Transferee permitted pursuant to Article 14 below.
