Definition, Date and Status. Subd. 1. Definition: Full-time seniority will be defined as the employee’s length of service in a full-time position since their most recent date of hire i.e., the day the employee begins to perform services for the district, in a position covered by this contract. Student Contact Day Bus Driver seniority will be defined as the employee’s length of service in a Student Contact Day Bus Driver position since their most recent date of hire i.e., the day the employee begins to perform services for the district, in a position covered by this contract.
