Common use of Deemed Time Worked Clause in Contracts

Deemed Time Worked. Paid vacations, Sick Leave, and Statutory Holidays shall be considered as time worked for all purposes of the Collective Agreement, including dental and pension plan contributions.

Deemed Time Worked. (1) Paid vacations, Sick Leavesick days, and Statutory Holidays statutory holidays shall be considered as time worked for all purposes of the Collective Agreement, including except dental contributions. (2) Effective October 28, 1986, paid vacations for full-time employees and statutory holidays for all employees shall be considered as time worked for dental and pension plan contributions.
