Common use of Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65 Clause in Contracts

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Gourmet Home with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to DEHP from use of the Products.

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Gourmet Home Fashions with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to DEHP from use of the Covered Products.
