Deed prevails over Articles. Each Shareholder agrees that if any provision of the Articles or the articles of association or equivalent foundation document of any other Group Company at any time conflicts or is inconsistent with the provisions of this deed, provided that such provisions of this deed do not conflict with and are not inconsistent with any applicable law: (i) the provisions of this deed are to prevail between the parties to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency, (ii) the Articles and/or the articles of association or equivalent of any other Group Company will be taken to be read and interpreted accordingly, and (iii) the Articles and/or the articles of association or equivalent of any other Group Company shall be amended to the maximum extent permitted in accordance with clause 4.3.
