Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture Sample Clauses

Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture. As supplemented hereby, the Original Indenture and the Seventh Supplemental Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture, the Seventh Supplemental Indenture and this Ninth Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture. As supplemented hereby, the Original Indenture and the Fifth Supplemental Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture, the Fifth Supplemental Indenture and this Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture. As heretofore supplemented and amended and as supplemented and amended hereby, the Original Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and amended and as supplemented and amended by this Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument, and all of the provisions contained in the Original Indenture in respect of the rights, privileges, immunities, powers and duties of the Trustee, in each of its capacities hereunder, shall be applicable in respect of Series 2025A Notes and of this Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture as fully and with like effect as if set forth herein in full.

Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture. As supplemented hereby, the Original Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. The changes, modifications and supplements to the Original Indenture effected by this Supplemental Indenture shall be applicable only with respect to, and shall only govern the terms of, the Notes, which may be issued from time to time, and shall not apply to any other Securities that may be issued under the Original Indenture unless a supplemental indenture with respect to such other Securities specifically incorporates such changes, modifications and supplements. The provisions of this Supplemental Indenture shall supersede any conflicting provisions in the Original Indenture.

Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture. Subject to Article 2, the Original Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture and this Third Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument; provided that, in the case of a conflict between this Third Supplemental Indenture and the Original Indenture, this Third Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Ratification and Incorporation of Original Indenture. This Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall be construed as supplemental to the Original Indenture and shall form a part of it, and the Original Indenture is hereby incorporated by reference herein and each is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
